This is a high-quality, real-world-sized commercial high-rise building with 33 stories designed by an expert architect. Product dimensions: 30m x 50m x 90m Units used: Centimeters Originally created using the powerful software, 3ds Max 2011 LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This model is suitable for various uses including real-time rendering, games in Unity or UE4, exterior visualization in CGI, and architecture. GEOMETRY The model's mesh features high-quality geometry with clean edges that ensure smooth flow. Careful testing was conducted to verify that the mesh is free from holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. A low-poly mesh design allows for easy addition of details, editing, or replacement of existing components. Scene objects are organized in a clear and layered structure. INSTANCES Instances were used wherever feasible to simplify editing, replacing, or modifying individual objects: All identical elements, such as street furniture or tunnel equipment, have been made into instances. Spotlights in the tunnel area also benefit from instance creation for streamlined modifications. PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered using 3.20 V-Ray, ensuring consistent high-quality results. Wireframe images were generated using a combination of VrayLightMtl and VrayDirt to accurately test geometry. VRayHDRI maps accompanied by VRayCamera settings are included, enabling easy out-of-the-box rendering. MATERIALS This model incorporates both V-Ray and Standard materials for versatile application. UV mapping has been applied to all objects, while proper naming of materials ensures effortless organization and identification.
