This is a realistic, real-world-size model of a 33-story commercial high-rise building created by an experienced architect. Product dimensions: 30m x 50m x 90m Units used: Centimeters Originally built with 3ds Max 2011 software. LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE: This model is suitable for various purposes, including real-time use, games, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. GEOMETRY: The model's mesh is of high quality, featuring a clean edge flow. Geometry has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, making it easy to add additional details or edit the geometry. Scene objects are organized by layers for efficient editing. INSTANCES: Instances have been used wherever possible for ease of editing, changing, or replacing: All identical objects (street elements, tunnel equipment) Spot lights in the tunnel PRESENTATION IMAGES: All preview images have been rendered with 3.20 V-Ray software. Wire images were created using VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. VRayHDRI maps and VRayCamera are included, making it ready to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS: The model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. All objects are UV mapped, and all materials are named properly.
