I wolud like to introduce a low poly model of apartment block with balcony in dirty style of appearance, there is also attached an air conditioner. One object one material, textures 2k for building and for air conditioner 1k. Maps: Diffuse Map, Roughness Map, Normal Map, Metallic Map, AOMap. Maps and objects properly named. It's easy to multiply floors or adjust position of air conditioners. There are some detail like electric box, details on roof. UWMaps unwraped, symmetry, mostly non- overlaping.
