A 3D model of eight residential houses is constructed by a skilled architect, using 3ds Max 2011. The model is adaptable for different uses such as real-time rendering, game usage, Unity, UE4, CGI visualization, and architecture. Each house has 62,065 polygons and 83,730 vertices while the landscape measures 37,948 polygons and 21,585 vertices. The model boasts a high-quality mesh with carefully tested geometry for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. Instances of similar objects have been used to ensure ease of change or replacement. Objects are organized by layers to enhance user experience. All preview images were rendered using 3.20 V-Ray, and wire images were done with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. The product comes complete with a VRayHDRI map, VRayCamera, and textures in JPG and PNG formats. Materials include both V-Ray and Standard materials, all named appropriately. No third-party plug-ins are required, making it user-friendly.
