This L-shaped apartment/condominium building features 18 units with only the exterior modeled, measuring 95' x 155' property size (curb to curb: 110'-6" x 170'-6"). Modeled in 3ds Max 2015 and rendered using Vray and an HDRI map, the HDRI is not included. The model comes with building, windows, doors, stairs, fence, lawn, mulch, parking spaces, gates, sidewalks, and curbs; however, cars, trees, plants, and neighboring house are not included. Maps for all objects are provided in a zip file requiring relinking of textures upon opening the file. The model is grouped as one object for easy scene movement and placed at 0,0,0 coordinates with properly named objects. Happy modeling!
