AP - Cartoon Shark

I'm really excited about this assignment - it's definitely one of my top choices from this semester. As soon as I saw the shark reference image, I knew right away that I wanted to bring it to life. Thanks to a bit of practice and watching video tutorials on how to build a figure back in May, I started with creating the torso based on a body reference and worked my way up from there by changing the size and shape and adding arms, legs and a head to make my shark a reality. Texturing was a challenge to get right, but I ended up going for semi-emissive glow markings on my shark character to really make him stand out.
