AOS 5 O3 DJI Antenna Mount - Arm Guard - Air Unit Spacers

Here is a collection of parts used to build the AOS 5 O3 Frame. You can find more details about this build here: https://rotorbuilds.com/build/30452 aos5 arm guard v03.stl - This is an arm guard remixed version with extra support on top so the arm guard will not slip off. Make sure you mirror the arm guards for the other side of the quad.You can find the original file here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5380745 aos5 arm guard No Screw v03.stl - This is the same as above except the screw do not sandwich the TPU between the arms. You should be able to install and remove the arm guards without removing the motors screws. Make sure you mirror the arm guards for the other side of the quad. AOS5_FpvAntennaMount_v4.stl - According to the Chris Rosser the antenna needs to be as short and close to the frame as possible. And the end of the antenna needs to be supported but not covered entirely. I took 2 different STL files and came up with this antenna. Here is a link to the original files: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5640724 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5660773 All these spacers are for M2 screws Spacer_1mm.stl Spacer_2mm.stl Spacer_3mm.stl - These are different size spacers used to mount the DJI O3 air unit to the frame. For my build I used M1.6x12mm screws and the 2mm and 1mm spacers. Updated - JAN 22, 2023 O3 CamMount 20deg v13 Grommet.stl This camera mount is for O3 camera and provides better vibration dampening. You will need to use 20mm standoff to help brace the camera mount, but it is a little too short, so use the 3d printed M3 spacers below. In a perfect world all you need is 1mm spacer on each side of the standoff. But after calculating for the compression of the TPU, typically the 1.5mm spacer will work better. I added the 2mm version too just in case you like crush the TPU parts when you tighten them up.. lol M3 - 1.5mm Spacer.stl M3 - 1mm Spacer.stl M3 - 2mm Spacer.stl Spacers to use with the new camera mount and M3 screws.
