Aortic valve bypass (AVB) improves aortic stenosis by linking the upper left ventricle to the lower thoracic aorta with a valve duct (the irregular narrowing of a passage in the body). [1] The aim of this process is to reduce the duration of cross-clamp and cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) and thus to improve the medical outcomes and allow a marginally invasive intervention suitable for high-risk patients.Well, all the distribution ratios 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6 shows different results. The idea for using the helical grafts worked well for different distribution ratio. Well, the results we got are quite intriguing. As in all distribution ratios, different results were obtained as mentioned above in Project Accomplishment. The use of helical grafts worked for 0.4 and 0.6 distribution ratio but to a certain limit. The first iteration graft shows good results in case of 0.4 and 0.6 ratios. The graft projected before you shows the most promising results in ANSYS FLUENT.
