Aortic arch with Bicarotid Trunk anomaly
grabcad
Aortic arch with bicarotid trunk anomaly (both carotid arteries are branching from a single trunk) and arteria Lusoria (Right aberant subclavian artery). Extremely rare anomaly. There is also anomaly in the branching location of the left vertebral artery and a mild stenosis in it’s proximal part. Caucasian female patient with history of vertebrobasilar insufficiency, coronar stenosis and disphagia (Disphagia Lusoria). Made from a high resolution Angio CT scan.Update - I added a solid version of the model. Note that arteria vertebralis is with atherosclerotic plaque, which makes her proximal part so thin.
