Aomway Commander IPD & Double Vision correction monitor sliders

These are just a few essential components needed to create IPD sliders for the Aomway Commander, which can adjust the IPD distance and also swivel up to 5 degrees inward to correct horizontal diplopia. The brilliance of this design lies in its ability to allow you to find your precise IPD and degree swivel correction if necessary, after which you can secure the slider in place and never worry about it shifting even slightly. I've designed these components using Tinkercad and printed an endless array of parts to achieve a perfect fit. All the parts were printed with my Creality Ender 3 printer. Make sure to print the Aomway Commander monitor seat sliders at the same position as specified in the .stl file to add extra strength to the back of the slider where the monitor will be glued to. The monitor seat sliders also require supports when printing, but all other parts do not need any support. To assemble these components, you'll need to print a left and right monitor seat slider, a tiny PCB spacer that will be glued to the bottom PCB support, the PCB support which simply plugs into place, the slider tightening knobs, and monitor spacers to correct for horizontal diplopia. Print two spacers and select the most suitable thickness, one is 2.2mm and the other 2.5mm, but you can create your own thickness if necessary. You'll also use two M3 x 8 screws. This design is incredibly simple yet effective. When opening the Aomway Commander, be extremely cautious as the many flat cables are very delicate. To begin, remove the faceplate by unscrewing the tiny screw at the height of the nose, then apply masking tape to the back of the case and remove the two bottom screws on each side. Finally, gently open the top case.
