Read these instructions carefully. Open your printer. Insert paper. Set margins to 1 inch. Print all pages. Next, take the printed pages and stack them on a flat surface. Choose an adhesive that is suitable for paper and follow its instructions to apply it evenly to one edge of each page. Carefully attach each page to the one beside it, ensuring they are aligned properly before adding additional glue. Allow sufficient time for the adhesive to dry completely before handling.
