The Lulzbot AO-101's initial fan is small and noisy, so I designed a replacement cover to reduce noise and enhance airflow. To install, unscrew the 4 screws, disconnect the old fan, and fasten the new cover using the same hardware while connecting the new, quieter fan. This modification allows for improved air circulation even with a low CFM fan, eliminating high-pitched noise. The fan cable can be routed through the exhaust vents. Print the cover at .4 layer height and 70% infill for durability. Experience enhanced performance and reduced noise.
