Anytone AT-5555 - Radio Stand

thingiverse

Inspired by another stand I saw, I made this stand for the Anytone AT-5555 and similar radios such as the AT-5555N II and AT-55555 PLUS. This should also work with other radios like the Stryker 955HP. Look at images/files closely before deciding it will work. The stand I made consists of 3 pieces. When deciding to make this design I had to figure out a way to have it print easiest with hopefully little issues. Because I always have issues with supports and actually dislike printing with them, I designed the stand as a snap together design. The design consists of 2 legs (a left and right) with pegs on top. The design also consists of a Top Platform which the radio sits on. The Left and Right legs press/snap fit into holes on the the Top Platform. The stand also has four recessed spots for adhesive rubber bumpers (0.5 inch DIA) to keep the radio from sliding if pulled on from the front, such as pulling the mic cord. The legs also have two each of recessed spot for the same rubber adhesive feet. FYI the rubber feet are also 0.142 Inch thick (info given for sourcing feet). Approximately 1.6mm of rubber extends beyond recessed surface.
