I built this Predator enclosure to get a door in place. I got 30x20" black plastic panels from Michael's store and 18" x 36" acrylic from Reno Depot. To install, you'll need to remove one of the side panels. Check out the photo for a step-by-step guide on how it goes together and use hot glue to secure the acrylic to the hinges and pins. I designed it so that it fits firmly in place, ensuring the front acrylic doesn't fall off easily. It may take some pressure to get it installed, but once it's in, it should stay put. Update: I added a new part that attaches to the back of the hinge and gets glued with hot glue. Take a look at the photo I added for more details.
