Anycubic Wash & Cure 2.0 Guard Ring
thingiverse
I have been making a lot of smaller parts with my Anycubic Photon Mono 4K resin printers, and when I would put the parts on the turntable of my Wash & Cure 2.0 station, the vibration of the turntable would often cause the parts to rattle around and fall off the edge of the turntable. To fix this I designed a guard ring that sits around the edge of the turntable which creates a 3mm high "curb" around the edge of the turntable to prevent the parts from falling off. I designed the part in SolidWorks with the dimensions set to optimize printing on my Artillery Sidewinder X1 printer with a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.25mm layer height. It will also print fine with smaller printers using 0.4mm nozzles. The turntable in the wash station is 140mm in diameter, so I designed the part to fit that size turntable. If you have a different size turntable in your cure station, you can easily scale the design up or down equally in the X and Y directions so it will fit your turntable. As designed, the inner lip of the ring is 140.6mm, so you can use that dimension to determine the correct scale factor for your print, if you need to make it a different size.
