Remix of model “V6Adapter-3mmShorter_1.stl” from thing#4976966 which is a remix of thing:4914849 by Glutt0ne The original mount would become loose over time and permit the hot end to turn creating a z-wobble like banding pattern. I added holes for 2 m3x16 screws and 2 m3 nuts. The 2 halves clamp around the top of the E3D v6 hot end and screw into the factory leveling gauge using the factory screws. My E3D V6 Volcano hot end is now very secure and the banding pattern is gone. Use supports. I used supports "only touching build plate" in Cura. I did not need to use supports for the screw holes nor for the groove on the inside. Materials: (2) m3x16mm screws (2) m3 nuts
