This is a replica of the device that Anycubic has designed to protect the strain gauge by limiting the movement of the nozzle and heater assembly. The theory is that the assembly will not move far enough, during an impact, that it will damage the strain gauge. The two holes in the back are to be threaded. I am unsure of the size right now. The screws for those threaded holes are the "Exact" screws used in the Strain Gauge.
