UPDATE: Added "Hero Memix Spacers New Hotend.stl" file for users with the new hotend bracket that would bump into the gantry adapter. This will move the ducts back by 1.5mm, but you will still get good airflow. You can actually print these at any height you want by making a z-scale adjustment in your slicer. If you think you only need 1mm, then print them at that height! V4 UPDATE: dual 5015 version! - updated the gantry adapter to have a fan screw hole on both sides. If you only want to use the single 5015, stick with the V3, it will look better. - For dual fans, you need to print the L and R versions of the dual 5015 duct. - Optional Stabilizer Bar added for the dual fan version V3 Cooling Duct UPDATE: - Fixes the position of the nozzle in relation to the air stream - Shortens the duct to take up less space on the front of the unit V3 Gantry Adapter UPDATE: - Adds 1mm of space from the 4010 fan shroud so that the heatsink of the hotend isn't resting against the shroud - Moved the 2nd hole for 5015 fan This is a simple 2-piece cooler for the AnyCubic Vyper that puts down some serious airflow! It uses the 5015 single duct from the Hero Me 5 cooling system, as well as the stock 4010 heatsink fan with a basic gantry adapter. This is a very simple cooler to install on the Anycubic Vyper. NOTES: The duct can be printed without supports (only change to duct is larger M3 holes). The gantry adapter is a new design and REQUIRES supports. It adds directed airflow to keep some air away from the top of the heater block. Also made the M3 holes larger. Make sure to use FLAT HEAD screws for attaching the gantry adapter to the hotend mount. I reused the ones that were already there. Everything else can use 'cheese head' M3 hardware if you already have it. All mounting hardware is M3, 25mm or less. You may need to sand/drill out the bolt holes slightly once the print is complete (including for the LED holder). With some filaments the holes were perfect, other filaments just a hair too tight. The hex holes should fit a M3 nut without issues though. Standard 5015 fans use a "JST XH 2.5". The fan ports on the Vyper take a "JST PH 2.0" connector. If you don't want to destroy your OEM fans, purchase some JST PH 2.0 connectors from amazon to solder on instead! I created an optional clip-on piece to Hold the LED! === Printed on Anycubic Vyper, with PrusaSlicer, using Creality CR6-SE profile with modified bed size. 205C extruder temp, 60C bed temp 0.16mm layer height 80% infill 3 perimeters seam position aligned external perimeters first avoid crossing perimeters skirt height 1 Increased XYZE Jerk Values by about 80% Retraction set to 3.5mm
