I'm adding a 40x40x10 mounting bracket for fans that perfectly fits my custom mainboard mount, which you can find at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2009798. The fan is securely held in place by two-site duck tape, and the bracket slides easily along the board to fit your preferred alignment.
