Anycubic Silicone Sock mold
thingiverse
Here is a simple DIY guide to creating an easy silicone sock mold for your AnyCubic I3 Mega 3D printer: First, gather the necessary materials which include three M2 screws and some basic crafting supplies. Next, carefully prepare the surface area of your printer by removing any existing adhesive residue or debris. Once clean, use a soft cloth to apply a thin layer of release agent to the print bed ensuring an even coat covers all areas. With the release agent set, take one of the M2 screws and thread it into the first screw hole located on the top left corner of the printer's build platform. Repeat this process for the remaining two screws, securing them tightly in their respective holes. Now that your printer is prepared, proceed to the next step by carefully placing a sheet of parchment paper over the print bed, ensuring it is centered and smooth. Next, apply a thin layer of liquid silicone to the top surface of the parchment paper using an applicator or soft brush. Be careful not to apply too much pressure as this can cause air bubbles to form in the silicone. Once the silicone has been applied evenly, remove any excess material from around the edges with a clean cloth or scraper. Allow the silicone to cure completely before moving on to the final step.
