Fed up with noisy plastic bearing parts that still produce scratchy sounds? After swapping out the fans on my i3 Mega, I decided to tackle other sources of noise as well. The result is my Silent Filament Guide, expertly paired with my Spool Holder. Thanks to the PTFE tube inside its housing, it won't generate unpleasant noises. Once installed, you won't need to open it for filament changes - simply pull out the old one and replace it. I fashioned this guide from a small piece of spare hotend PTFE tube, eliminating the need for additional purchases. It fits seamlessly with the original screws, requiring only one screw and one nut to complete the assembly.
