Anycubic Quick-Change 72mm Spool Adaptor
thingiverse
Tired of 72mm spools flopping around on the original Anycubic spindle? I was, so I came up with this quick-change locking adaptor that snugly fits Anycubic 72mm spools. It has an easy-release locking mechanism to automatically hold spools securely in place. Removing spools is as easy as pressing the release buttons on the sides of the adaptor as you slide the spool off.Note: The hole through the centre is the same size as the rear shoulder on the original spindle. Simply remove the spindle, install the adaptor with the locking/release latches facing the other end, then reinstall the spindle.Required tools: All you need is a small pair of sidecutters to remove the inner support after printing, and a flat needle file to clean up the undersides of the locking latches. The attached gcode was generated with PrusaSlicer for the Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo.Have fun!
