If you haven't secured your v-slot rollers on the Anycubic Preditior properly, you're probably facing the same issue. When you disable your stepper motors or shut down the machine, your printhead will likely crash into your printbed or even worse, damage your freshly printed parts. This problem is especially frustrating when your printer is in a basement and you use a smart socket along with octoprint to control it remotely, but you can't turn it off from afar because it would cause a crash. This solution is exactly what you need. It employs 30x5 mm disc-magnets that keep your effector in the homing position when your stepper motors are turned off. To assemble this device, you'll require the following printed parts for each of the three axes: - Three 30x5 mm disc magnets (or smaller) - Three M4x20 screws - Three M3 nuts - Three M3x10 countersunk screws
