Anycubic Predator Enclosure Door

I made this end of 2020, I completely forgot to upload it. I think these are all of the files you will need, if I forgot something message me(can't say for sure if I'll see it seems that Thingieverse isn't sending me emails when people post any longer). It's the same idea as NCNFN3D_Arts' door but I reduced the amount of parts, support and filament they you will need as well as made the doors easier to remove for PLA printing. You will need an assortment of m4 screws/nuts and glue to assemble the doors and t-nuts for the hinges, I do not recall the lengths but an assortment box should get you by. I used some weather stripping to seal the doors, this is optional and could cause heat creep issues if you use a hotend that cannot handle warmer ambient temps. There is no latch, I just glued some tpu filament in the grooves on the top of the door, if the hinges are fitted correctly the TPU will make contact with the ceiling of the printer and hold the doors shut. It's worth noting that getting the hinge placement correct did take several attempts. One thing you might run into, if you print this on a stock predator, parts may not be sized correctly. It can be a bit tricky to calibrate a delta printer to print accurate parts but it is possible, you have to fine tune the rod lengths in the firmware this can be time consuming. You might need to scale some of the parts that are printed flat on the bed to accommodate for any inaccuracies on your printer or just print those on a cartesian printer. Some of these parts are near the height limit of a stock Predator, if you have a modified effector that lowers the placement of hotend you might have issues. Also you may want to brace some of the taller parts as they print, dowels and hot glue should suffice. I was able to get away with not bracing the parts but the print quality suffered quite a bit. PLA will probably warp and sag with time as chamber temps can get up to around 60C if it's sealed up. I used some cheap PETG, and it's still fine after a couple years of use.
