The rattle from the existing blower unit is becoming too intense! We're aware that the blower was smaller, but noise was amplified - it's time to switch out the amplifier for a more substantial unit. I propose we opt for a 70mm fan as our maximum size constraint; anything larger may not fit properly. You should locate two Fan screws (the exact terminology escapes me, often used in DIY computer builds) and fabricate a compact component.
