Anycubic Photon Z Stop Spacer for Wham Bam Flexible Build System
thingiverse
The Anycubic Photon requires a z stop spacer to accommodate the thickness of the Wham Bam Flexible Build System. I created a spacer that goes between the z axis carriage and z stop metal tab that triggers the sensor to stop. The original screws can be used! The screws don't have much left once the spacer is on, but I promise it's just enough to hold everything securely in place. I printed with PETG on a FDM printer, but any printer and material should work. Note of Caution: The metal tab that goes between the sensor at the base of the printer must be aligned. This can easily be bent when working with the thin metal piece. Be sure before homing completely that the metal tab will be center with the gap to trigger the sensor. I also recommend something is laid over the bottom of the enclosure while installing the spacer. The screws can easily fall somewhere they shouldn't be.
