Anycubic Photon Ultra 2.65 mm Z axis spacer
thingiverse
The Anycubic Photon Ultra is the new DLP printer and finally shipping to customers. It uses the same print bed as the Photon Mono, and this means the stainless steel flex build plates used on the Mono work here as well. Magnetic build plates make these printers a joy to use and having spares much faster to change out for production. The *difference* between the Mono and the Ultra is the Z axis flag that detects position. It is the same design as the Mono, but has a different hole spacing for the screws. I printed up the one for the Mono here only to find the holes didn't line up. This version here fits the Ultra. It's set to offset the Z axis by 2.65mm, which was the thickness of my particular magnetic sheet and flex build plate. It installs between the metal flag and the mount on the moving carriage. Two screws, easy to do, simple fix. And now on to printing in DLP!
