I downloaded DocTanner's 4 inch rear vent adapter for the Anycubic photon, sliced it in half so that the photon can print it itself easily. It should be printed with the flat side down, no supports needed at all. I also added pegs for the 2 peg holes since they were a touch too big, although you can finish yours without them if you prefer. I used Siraya Blu resin as it is an engineering resin and very strong, ideal for making functional parts. You should not use a modeling resin for this purpose because you are creating something that needs to work properly. Print both halves and apply a very thin layer of plastic epoxy like JB Weld fast set to connect the two pieces together securely. I used a rubber band to hold them in place while it was setting, then painted it with a little UV protection to give it some extra durability. It fits perfectly now. You will need to get longer 3mm screws to attach it properly. Simply attach the vent adapter to a 4 inch dryer duct tube and an inline fan, and you can vent directly outside without having to deal with any resin odors at all. Remember that this is for a resin printer, so make sure to use all necessary PPE and safety precautions even with the vent adapter in place.
