Anycubic Photon No Mod Ventilation EDIT: Re-done Part (120mm-Fan-Mount-speed-switch.stl) potentiometer hole for speed module so easier to install without having to manually drill 8mm hole slanted. Updated Fusion360 file, added hole for fan wires (OPP'S missed that LOL), relocated Female DC Power Jack Plug (was too close to Speed module). Note: original vent fan is not touched or if you plugged the original vent, you will need to remove the plug. May work for other resin printer's needing ventilation without modifying the printer. Hose adapter was used from Anycubic Photon Air Vent System by Creative-Process https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3318738 Corrugated panel was used from Corugated iron by stewartmiller https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2364932 2200 RPM https://www.ebay.com/itm/PWM-12cm-120mm-5-inches-DC-12V-4Pin-120x120x25mm-Computer-CPU-Case-Cooling-Fan/252295842880 3300 RPM https://www.ebay.com/itm/0-45A-Ball-Bearing-12V-120x120x25mm-PC-CPU-Computer-Case-Cooling-Fan-120mm-25mm/253202776515 4 Wire extension (in case you don't want to cut fan plug) https://www.ebay.com/itm/2-PCs-Low-Voltage-DC-1-8V-3V-5V-6V-12V-2A-Motor-Speed-Controller-PWM/163071674124 Female DC Power Jack Plug: https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-FEMALE-DC-POWER-JACK-PLUG-12V-3MM-SOCKET-4PIN-PCB-BOARD/253206654915 6V-90V 15A Pulse Width Modulator PWM DC Motor Speed Control Switch Controller https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-8V-15V-2A-Max-PWM-DC-Motor-Speed-Controller-Governor-Module-with-Swith-IZE/283596385789 A optional way to print the "120 mm-Fan-Flex-Adapter" is to start with the fan mount side (down on build plate) with regular PLA and then pause the print at 5 to 6 mm height and replace the filament with the flex PLA, this gives a more rigid mount to fan. If you prefer not the flex PLA adapter you can use the Plate mounted to the fan and use weather stripping or some type of foam. You may also double or triple the self stick foam to get more flexible crush (better sealing). Wiring a 4 wire PC Fan; (picture in download) 1. Fans Black wire ( Pin 1 on fan) goes on Motor - on speed controller. 2. Fans Red wire ( Pin 2 on fan) goes with Power supply + on speed controller. 3. Fans Blue wire ( Pin 4 on Fan) goes on Motor + on speed controller. How you vent the fan is user choice. mine is vented through the floor (above ground house). I read some make a carbon filter and filter the air (very costly) https://growershouse.com/air-box https://hydrobuilder.com/grow-room-environment/grow-room-odor-control-air-cleaner-filters/exhaust-filters/carbon-exhaust-filters.html
