Anycubic Photon Heater

Anycubic Photon Heater

thingiverse

This is a remix of Carl1961's AnyCubic Photon Panel Mount Heater. Please check his design page for wiring details. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4293055 In his description, he advises, "Mount your heater and (Optional Light) while the box is off the printer, then install your side components (Switches, Controller) after you install the box on the printer, or you won't be able to install the case." I remixed the design to recess the switches, increase the depth of the box, and change the layout to suit my needs better. Now it should be able to be wired and assembled, then installed. While I took some basic dimensions from the original design (flange size & mounting holes, box shape and dimensions), I created this model entirely in Solidworks 2020 since the original only included STLs. I've included STEP files to make it easier for someone who wants to remix it again for installation on the left side of the printer, add lights, or whatever they need. I used most of the same components as Carl1961 - switches, heater, control panel - because I had already purchased them. A test fit of all components has been done and everything fits nicely (though the opening for the power connector needed to be enlarged slightly).
