Anycubic Photon exhaust ducting & 1.5" hose adapter nozzle
thingiverse
These files can be printed out and used to create a leak-free exhaust system for the Anycubic Photon. This is in contrast to an existing backplate replacement with a 4" duct attachment, which misses fumes that exit at the bottom of the printer or requires a large inline fan. Note that if you want complete capture, lining the parts with HVAC foil tape is recommended. The "ExhaustLoft1.stl" file fits snugly over the carbon filter output inside the back of the Photon. The two cutouts are designed to sit around the set screws. "PipeOutput1.stl" mates with it to direct fumes out through "BackPlate2.stl", which replaces the stock back plate. You will need a method to attach PipeOutput to ExhaustLoft - I used SciGrip WeldOn #16 to solvent weld the parts together, but tape or glue could work fine too. "HoseAdaptor0.stl" fits over the output and can screw directly into 1.5" flexible ducting. This is the brand of ducting I used. Note that the fit between PipeOutput and HoseAdapter is a bit tight, you may need to sand/file the inside of the adapter where it mates with the PipeOutput if you intend to use it. This setup has enabled completely smell-free printing for me.
