When you've fine-tuned your resin, one key challenge remains: ensuring that both the outer edges and the center of the build plate are accurately calibrated. The UV light can be significantly weaker at the Photon's build plate edges, as much as 30% lower than in the central area. This means what works for a small print in the dead center may not translate to the edges. For this specific print, which uses approximately 6.7 mL of resin and produces five 4mm cubes on a 1mm plate, you should expect all five cubes to measure identically if you've settled on the right exposure time.
