Anycubic Mono PTC Heater

Inspired by the Photonsters PTC heater, I have modified the design to provide a top mounted solution for the Anycubic Mono. Extended heater/fan away from controller by 1 CM to make assembling easier because the PTC heaters typically come with very stiff wire. I recommend printing at a 20 degree angle rotated so the mounting plate extends above the chassis as in the screen shot.
