Quickly mocked up a new psu mount as I have dual z steppers The second z mount I used, works great https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4771776 Take a look at what I have done to my Megazero 2.0! Ender 3 direct drive installed https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5454293 My design maybe a bit overkill but ohwell It also follows the same design curves as the original - Mounted with 4x M4 bolts + 4 T-nuts ( I did not want the printed T where it slides into the 4040 extrusion) - Can mount LM2596S buck converter and 1ch 5v omron solid state relay on the bottom - Cutout for a 40mm axial fan - 4 holes above fan cutout to maybe mount a pi zero Tolerances maybe out a little as I have not printed yet Feel free to tinker with this Print as is, you may need support for fan cutout and cable cutout For the relay with octoprint You have 2 options Place relay on live wire between IEC socket and PSU - This would shut psu off completely along with the raspberry pi if it is also powered by psu Place relay on 24v line from psu to mainboard - Mainboard turns off, psu is still powered and raspberry pi stays on
