Got this direct drive for an ender 3 from a friend and thought I would try to use it on my Megazero 2.0 So if you get your hands on this setup then this maybe for you I also have Ender 3 V2 which is already heavily modified so I does not need this... :) The Megazero gets all the hand me down parts from the Ender 2 threaded holes on x carriage were perfect for original x endstop 1. Needed to create a part to raise the stopper 2. Also needed a new 3dtouch mount ( You won't need this if you still have the z-endstop) Parts are nothing special as I wanted to quickly get it working - Top 2 v-wheel bolts need to be flipped to allow extra travel on X - Original belt is used - Original endstop used Have just mounted 3dtouch and can auto home without any issue TO DO: - Cable management - Some firmware tweaks (x & y margins and steps) I do not have firmware for the original Melzi board as this has a creality 4.2.2 board ----------------------------- Update 12/8/22 ------------------------------------ Everything is homing as it should PID autotuned hotend Extruder is extruding Added a part in place of the old extruder to cable manage from here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5210040 Needed to extend x endstop wires to match all other cable lengths back to mainboard Power supply relocation is next on the list which is here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5458769
