Anycubic Mega Zero - X & Y belt tensioner for teethed timing pulleys

thingiverse

Hi, I ordered teethed timing pulleys to replace the smooth ones for the X and Y belts, but I ordered the wrong size. I got the 10mm version: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32811126079.html and these do not fit so I could not use them for the Y belt tensioner I have designed: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4605133 Therefore I made some adjustments and now these larger pulleys fit good and the belts run smoothly. Tensioning the belts is still as easy as before and I have the feeling the belts run smoother and with less noise. Just sharing the updated files here in case anyone wants to do the same. For the Y belt tensioner the files are "Carriage-for larger pulley", "Frame for larger pulley" & " Knob". All parts need support and you'll need a M5 nut and a M5x35mm hex bolt. For the X belt tensioner the files are "Adjusted Frame_X_1.3_V02 for larger pulley" , Bolt for larger pulley" and "Nut". All parts do not need support and you can use the stock parts to reassemble the X endstop like in my photos. If there any questions just send me a message or post a comments. **If you have a good idea for a new part or a remix for the Anycubic Mega Zero then please post it in the group and we'll see if we can design something for it. https://www.thingiverse.com/groups/anycubic-mega-zero**
