A simple design for a filament guide for the Anycubic Mega Zero. Plus you will need: 1 - 608 bearing 2 - M4 x 16mm bolt Instructions: 1) Lay the ring on a flat surface and press the bearing all the way in. 2) Push a spacer into each side of the bearing. Print out 2! 3) Fit assembled bearing into bracket, insert bolt. 4) Remove the endcap at the top frame part and slide this filament guide in. 5] Place the filament in the ring. **If you don't have a bearing, you can also print one : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2746804 You can see it in my setup I am using it in conjunction with my design of a filament roller guide near the extruder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4626077** **See my total setup here: https://imgur.com/a/jdQwOxd** P.S. I know it's better to use a real bearing, but I just like the idea that you can print all the parts you need for this. P.P.S. Added M4 nut and M4x20mm bolt that you can also print and use to assemble this part.. === **Update 20-06-2021 (Ring for bearing F605Z.STL & Spacer for bearing F605Z.STL) Added Ring and Spacer (you need 2) for if you want to use a F605Z bearing. I had this type of bearing left over after changing the belt tensioners.** Update 09-02-2021 (Rev02): Extended the sides past the roller as requested in the comments.
