Anycubic Mega Zero tool caddy
myminifactory
I have a number of tools for my 3d printer (Anycubic Mego Zero) and I'm constantly moving them around my workstation because I lack a storage caddy for their storage. As my workstation is a tight area, I am limited in my options. So after searching for a tool caddy design to hang on the side of my printer, and coming up shorthanded on appropriate models, I decided to design my own. This caddy is designed for use with the track frame of the Anycubic Mega Zero printer and, more specifically, on the base (for the horizontal mount) or exterior sides (for the vertical mount). This is NOT suitable for the top bar of the frame. The horizontal caddy measures 77.2mm x 75.8mm and is 3.8mm thick (excluding the mounting rails) and the vertical caddy measures (75.8mm x 58mm x 3mm thick - excluding the rails which are at 26mm height) This tool caddy is designed with the following tool slots: Caliper slot (6mm x 16mm) Clipper slot (12mm x 37mm) Scrapper slot (8mm x 37mm) 2x wrench slots (10mm x 3mm) 5 Allenkey slots (4.5mm, 4mm, 3.5mm, 3mm, and 2.5mm) Depending on your print preferences this print can take anywhere from 3-4 hours. Once printed, the rails can be slid (firm fit) into the top track of the horizontal base bars on the printer frame. The design of the caddy allows for use on the left or right frame (do not mount on vertical frame or top horizontal frame as longer tools may interfere with tall prints).
