Anycubic Mega Zero - Low friction filament guide

thingiverse

Design based on an idea of Ivader posted on the Mega Zero group https://www.thingiverse.com/groups/anycubic-mega-zero/forums/general/topic:48347#comment-4955401 A low friction filament guide that makes use of 608 bearing. Just print out the part and 2x the bearing spacer (which was kindly donated by Ivader). Put the bearing spacers on either side of the bearing and then slide it into the filament guide and fix it in place with a M4 bolt and nut. The filament guide slides into the top frame part and you lock it in place with one of the existing bolts. **If you have any ideas for the Mega Zero, please post it here https://www.thingiverse.com/groups/anycubic-mega-zero/forums/general/topic:48311#comment-4950955** Please also check out my other design for an upper filament guide. It uses a 3d printed bearing and M4 bolt and nut: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4628529. See my total setup here: https://imgur.com/a/nRbgbkS === **Update 20-06-2021 (Ring for bearing F605Z.STL & Spacer for bearing F605Z.STL) Added Ring and Spacer (you need 2) for if you want to use a F605Z bearing. I had this type of bearing left over after changing the belt tensioners.**
