Anycubic Mega Zero - Low friction filament guide - Modified
thingiverse
This is a remix of Calvin_MegaZero's "Low friction filament guide". https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4630961 Rev03 is intended for use https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4626077 Calvins "Filament roller guide". Rev04 is intended for use with the Calvins "Universal mount for a Simple filament sensor" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4650358 The Major change is to make it compatible with the "Anycubic Mega Zero lead screw stabilizer" by drogica. I simply cut a chunk out of the vertical support to clear its mounting point. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4704801 I've also added an outside "bearing spacer" to allow the use of common "8 x 16 x 5mm" Bearings if you don't have the larger 608 bearings handy. Just print out the parts and, put the bearing spacers on either side of the bearing and then slide it into the filament guide and fix it in place with a M4 bolt and nut. The filament guide slides into the top frame part and you lock it in place with one of the existing bolts. I highly recommend printing this with the "Tree" Support Structure, it's faster and uses less filament.
