Anycubic Mega S/X heated bed cable chain connectors

Connectors to allow use of an off the shelf 10x15mm plastic chain on the heated bed cable for an Anycubic Mega X (or S). Two parts - the bed side “clips” onto the caddy under the heated bed, the case side has two holes that align with pre-drilled holes in the case (I used some M3 bolts with nuts inside the case).I used heat set threaded inserts (again M3) on each side to make the connection from the chain to the mounts solid.
