I've spent countless hours perfecting this hotend cover, and I'm confident that it's finally ready for prime time. On the overhang test, I'm blown away by the impressive results I get up to 65 degrees - it's a real game-changer. And while decent results aren't bad at all, up to 75 degrees is still a notable achievement. Here are some of the key features that make this hotend cover stand out: No-screw fan mounting - the tabs do a fantastic job of holding those fans in place Fan wire guides keep everything organized and tidy Slots allow air from the hotend fan to escape, reducing blow-back on prints The angled front panel and rear wrapping duct make it a breeze to monitor your print progress No fan grilles mean quieter operation - just what you need for long printing sessions Matching wire guide keeps things looking neat and efficient This cover and duct can be printed separately without any supports needed. A dab of CA glue will secure them together, and the tabs will help align the duct with the cover. Just be gentle when flexing those fan supports to install the fans - I designed them as thick as possible within the space constraints.
