Anycubic Mega-S horizontal extruder
thingiverse
To minimize the Teflon tube length, I've selected an horizontal extruder position similar to that of Creality's design. Additionally, there are fewer issues with tubes and wires when the extruder is positioned at the top frame. Required screws: - M4 BTR 10 mm (2) - M4 BTR 15 mm (1) Printed in PETG and secured to the metal support using two short screws plus one shoulder piece on the printed component. The main printed part is situated between the extruder, existing metal support, and the Z metal block. A longer screw also supports the second piece that holds the wire. To further enhance flexibility, I've cut the rigid wire near the extruder to create a more flexible section. Next, I plan to use a "Capricorn" style bowden tube.
