Anycubic MEGA S Fan Duct Remix [UPDATED]

UPDATED: New version v3_6 closes small holes and fixes thin walls that caused problems during slicing. Translucent Red was used for testing, which printed well. Using Cura 4.6, I've reduced fan speeds to 20%, 18%, and 20% as listed in the Cooling section. Results may vary depending on printer settings. I use these cooling settings with PLA 1.75mm at 186C nozzle temperature and 60C bed temperature. Another fan duct was created by remixing Mileshkins and z073 designs. This one works exceptionally well, so consider lowering your fan speeds. If the nozzle temperature starts dropping, reduce the fan speed further. The vents are positioned low near the build plate. On large flat prints, nozzle cooling may occur if the fan speed is too high. A picture of a benchy printed using this duct has been included. Struggling with bow overhang areas was finally resolved by printing well. The vents are located on both the front and back of the print. To achieve better results, rotate the benchy to face the vents, slow down wall speeds to 10mm/s, print the inner wall before the outer wall, and use infill at 35%. Settings were obtained from Tomb of 3D Printed Horrors on YouTube, which work amazingly well. Adjustments were made for general part making at .25mm layer height. A request was received to raise the bottom of the fan duct in the model to clear bed clamps. This modification may be posted soon. The bed clamp near "Home" at X0Y0 has been moved back an inch or so to clear the duct. Cooling problems led to designing this duct as low as possible to prevent air from blowing directly on the nozzle. Every printer is unique, so make adjustments accordingly.
