Direct Drive Assembly for Titan Extruder using Stock Anycubic Carriage Plate and E3D V5 Hot End You can use E3D V6 too, but be sure to set the Z offset as you would have done with E3D V5. This assembly is designed to match the original in size, ensuring no changes are needed to your configuration (software or hardware). It also prevents direct airflow on ABS prints. ABS, PETG, or similar materials are highly recommended due to their ability to withstand high temperatures from the hotend. You'll need a belt holder, rear fan duct, and PCB holder. You can find these parts at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3710090, which I've designed specifically for this assembly. Parts List: * 4x M3x12 raised head screws for the top * 4x M3x (hotend fan thickness) + 3mm * 1x M3x12 + lock nut (mounted on the top right hole of carriage plate, from front to back, due to motor and base plate thickness) Notes: When printing the top, set Z level at -5 to avoid defaulting tiny parts at the bottom. If you have it, select adaptive layer for great results (Cura settings are in the last pic). I use a 2.5mm drill and M3x0.4 middle taper. Use holders everywhere on the base. Use bed holders for the "couvercle". If you like this project, feel free to send a tip.
