The original version my MarcZ86 had a flat front, I redesigned this with an angled front to see the nozzle easier. I also noticed that the hot end fan hole was smaller than the fan itself so I opened it up a bit more. This works a treat, I'm not sure if my mods to the design have changed what was a very good design in terms of its noise reduction and ability to print ABS. I can print ABS okay as long as I add some plywood sheets to stop cold draughts. Printed it in PLA, it's working for now without any heat distortion. I fitted the twin outlet part cooling duct which fitted okay but needed a bit of trimming to fit the thicker printed hot end cover.
