Anycubic mega s/3 fan housing
thingiverse
People with access to 3D printers can manufacture two types of housing, both made from PLA material. One type features M4 tapped holes, while the other allows for threaded inserts to be pressed into place. The clearance hole on this housing is precisely 4mm. The hot end blower is equipped with M2 tapped holes and is designed to fit a standard 40X40 cooling fan. To enhance its structural integrity, I made the housing 3mm thick on the side adjacent to the blower. A separate housing, known as the fan cover, must be printed using PETG material. I sourced the LED lights from Amazon, purchasing a pack of 20 bulbs from LAOMAO (a brand offering 12V DC white LED lamps with pre-wired round tops). I then connected these lights to the hot end cooling fan and secured them in place using a small amount of hot glue.
