Anycubic Mega Nylock Bed Level Adjuster

I had trouble with the bed on my Anycubic Mega not staying level and having to constantly adjust it after every print. My theory is that the springs don't provide enough pressure to keep the adjustment nuts from backing off with all the vibrations during printing. The v4 file is designed to embed the nylock nuts, see below for details. My solution was to use nuts with nylon inserts(Nylock). Of course since they're only 3mm I needed to design an adjuster that would fit over the nut. Inserting the nut into the adjuster requires some pressure, I found it easiest to flip the adjuster over and press it onto the nut on my desk. Makes a nice snug fit. Requires 4x M3 Nylock nuts. You can find them here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BD24MXV/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_dJ.JCb14V6BG4 You may be able to get some in smaller quantities locally, they don't seem to be a common size though. UPDATE 03/20/19: Added an additional design, I found the gear adjuster to be a bit sharp and hard on the fingers, changed it to a 5-lobe type so it should be a little easier to turn. UPDATE 03/24/19: Added v4 STL file designed to pause the print and embed the nylock nuts so that they stay in place and the adjuster can't fall off. To do this in Cura: Open Extensions->Post Processing->Modify G-Code Add a Script to Pause at height. You want to pause at layer 78. See attached image for an example of this script. When it pauses insert the nylock nut and resume the print. note: you may get a blob of filament on the adjuster when it pauses, carefully snip/trim this off with a sharp tool to make sure you get a clean layer when it resumes. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with other slicers so you'll have to figure out how to add a pause on your own.
