Anycubic Mega Nylock Bed Level Adjuster

I had trouble with the bed on my Anycubic Mega constantly shifting and requiring adjustments after every print due to its inability to stay level. My theory is that the springs are insufficient in providing enough pressure to keep the adjustment nuts from backing off during printing vibrations. The v4 file is designed to embed nylock nuts, see below for details. My solution was to use 3mm nylon insert nuts, or Nylocks, and design an adjuster that fits over them. Since the nuts are only 3mm in size, I needed to create a custom design to accommodate them. Inserting the nut into the adjuster requires some pressure; flipping it over and pressing it onto the nut on my desk made for a snug fit. Requires four M3 Nylock nuts. You can find them here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BD24MXV/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_dJ.JCb14V6BG4. You may also be able to locate smaller quantities locally, but they seem to be an uncommon size. UPDATE 03/20/19: I added a new design with a 5-lobe type gear adjuster that should be easier to turn than the original sharp-edged version. UPDATE 03/24/19: I designed a v4 STL file that pauses the print and embeds the nylock nuts at layer 78, ensuring they stay in place and the adjuster doesn't fall off. To implement this in Cura: Open Extensions->Post Processing->Modify G-Code Add a script to pause at height 78. See attached image for an example of this script. When it pauses, insert the nylock nut and resume the print. Note that you may get a filament blob on the adjuster; carefully snip or trim it off with a sharp tool to ensure a clean layer when resuming. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with other slicers, so you'll need to figure out how to add a pause in your own slicing software.
