Anycubic Mega Liftup Frame (big fans, front SD, drawers)
thingiverse
Updates: - February 14, 2020: Added corner-drawer-right.stl - December 24, 2019: Reworked side + fanmounts (easy print without support, less material) - December 23, 2019: Reworked corner-with-sdmount for better fit - October 25, 2019: Added drawer elements - October 22, 2019: Finally fixed the hole in SD part, learned that edge is not the English word for corner and thus renamed filenames :) - September 13, 2019: Fixed holes and middle part alignment This frame fits perfectly between bottom plate and case of your anycubic I3 and lifts it up by 18 millimeters. That gives you enough space to place a 25mm thick standard fan (even if you are using higher motor driver heatsinks) and also allows you to move the SD card slot to the front side or add a little drawer for small stuff like nozzels. Notes: - Parts to print: 1x middle (contains both), 2x center, 4x side, 4x corner - Start mounting the middle parts using the original short screws. Once they are fitted you can easily snap in the other parts. - To use the corner drawer you need to slightly unscrew the device foot (or replace with shorter screw). - You need 6 M3 x 25mm screws - Remaining original M3 screws can be used as drawer knobs - I have only tested the 92mm fan mount, the others might not fit (feedback welcome) More compatible parts from other makers: - M3 drawer knob https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4179136 - Corner with power switch https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3923403 - 120mm fan https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4239460/files This frame fits perfectly between bottom plate and case of your anycubic I3 printer and lifts it up by 18 millimeters.
